General Extract

Ventalution works closely with manufacturers to ensure a comprehensive range of extract capabilities and solutions. These solutions include Central Extract and Whole Home Ventilation with an Extractor and Heat Recovery. Compliance with parts P and L of the building regulations is met in full.

Special items, e.g. Fire sleeves, swan neck adpators and bespoke grills can be designed and manufactured to clients's specifications.

Fans and duct systems are primarily designed to be either concrete slab or soffit mounted and regardless of ceiling void depths, normally only the fan covers are visible to the dwelling occupants. Semi Recessed, Surface Mounted and Inline Fans are available as an option.
