Design
Ventalution's philosophy is to design product specifically for the job intended. Many of those products have subsequently become 'the standard' for many installations. Whilst this may appear to be stating the obvious it is apparent that much product on the market is of old or outdated design, offers relatively poor or inadequate performance, particularly when measured against the latest requirements or is installed in demanding situations. Some products have been adapted from commercial and other applications and as is often very general In such cases the quality and performance of the products are often compromised.
The Company has used its own in house team to design all products, systems and components branded as Ventalution. Continuous requests are received by Ventalution to design bespoke window head & air brick adaptors, duct outlets, special parts, fans and fan covers etc. We have yet to receive a request we have not been able to provide a solution to.
Installation and Service
The great majority for Ventalution's business involves a complete supply and install. The benefits of this are that the customer receives a one stop, problem free solution on site, complete with after sales, service and full back up support.
Technical support
The technical support provided by the Company at all stages of the procurement process pre sales, technical sales, design and specification. and after sales support is of the highest standard.
Special Parts
Ventalution receives many request to design special parts. Examples include bespoke window head & air brick adaptors, duct outlets, special parts, fans and fan covers , grills etc. We pride ourselves on our ability and commitment to provide a solution to customer's problems.
